Questions

How many hours a day should I wear my aligners?

Most plans ask for 20 to 22 hours a day. TrayHabit starts at 22 hours, and you can change it to whatever your orthodontist asked for.

Does it work with my aligners?

Yes. It works with trays from any brand or clinic, including Invisalign, ClearCorrect and Spark, and with retainers. TrayHabit isn’t affiliated with any of them.

Do I need an account?

No, there’s nothing to sign up for. Your history stays on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you turn sync on.

What if I forget to tap?

Fix it later: add the session, or drag its start and end to the right time. A session that runs past midnight is split between the two days for you.

Is TrayHabit free?

It’s free to download. TrayHabit Pro is optional: monthly, yearly or a one-time Lifetime purchase, for you alone or for your family through Family Sharing. You’ll see the plans and prices in the app before you buy.

Is it medical advice?

No. TrayHabit helps you keep track. Always follow your orthodontist’s instructions.
